买房、装修、购家具、乔迁新居,这是一生都难有几次的大喜事。为了这一人生大事,不辞辛劳的奔波于建材市场、家具城;为了装出舒适、温馨的家,既要严格监督装修施工队,又不能伤了和气,其中辛苦真是一言难尽。但在劳累、烦恼的同时,总是伴随着希望、期盼与快乐···

近年来白血病、儿童哮喘、各种过敏症状增长快,这些都与环境污染,特别是室内空气污染有关。
环保装修、环保家具,为什么甲醛会超标呢?
说法之一:“累积效应”
装修时购买的板材都是符合国家标准的环保板材,装修公司也说是环保装修,但是为什么到了入住前会感到气味难闻,检测下来,为何甲醛超标呢?
这种现象一般被装修公司或家具厂解释为“累积效应”,也称之为“室内空间承载量”。就是说:房间里的家具、装修用的人造板材等超过了一定限量,就会造成甲醛超标。
这也正是装修公司、家具厂常说的:单个是环保的,累加到一起就不环保了。
那么,但到底用多少板材、买多少家具就不会超标呢?谁也说不清楚。
说法之二:标准低
2011年7月,有一篇媒体报道称:《中国家具业甲醛标准低如奶业》,文章中专家指出:“家具行业很多标准制定过低,部分标准甚至低国际标准三倍。”
问题的症结在哪里?
家具也好,装修也好,都离不开人造板、胶粘剂、油漆涂料。

日本1980年制定了人造板甲醛释放量限制标准,当时的标准也正是世界上通行的,即与德国、欧洲基本一致的标准。
上世纪90年代末,日本开始研究所谓“新居综合症”,2003年7月1日开始执行新的更为严格的标准,这就是上表中的标准。
从上表中可以看到,我国标准中对胶合板甲醛释放量的限制值,是德国的3倍,是日本的5倍。
看来专家说“低国际标准三倍”,还是口下留情了。
